Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
Undamaged, unopened (if applicable), unused items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding shipping). Discounted and "imperfect" items are not eligible for return.

You can request a return here, or by contacting us at hello@elevatedcalm.com. All returned items will be inspected for damages, and your refund may be reduced if not received in new, undamaged condition. It is highly encouraged that returned items are adequately packaged, shipped with tracking and insured to receive a full refund. Your refund will be applied to your original payment method. 

Damaged Items 
If your product(s) arrive damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elevatedcalm.com.  You may also contact us on Instagram or Facebook (@elevatedcalm). Include photos and/or videos of the packaging as well as the damaged product(s) and we will respond with further instructions. 

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order before it has shipped, text us immediately at 704-727-2878 and include your order number.
