Package Protection


Package Protection: Protect your package with our optional Package Protection insurance. Rest easy knowing you're covered in the event that your order is damaged or lost. We'll process your claim fast and provide you with a replacement or store credit. 

Terms and Conditions: If your package has been marked "delivered," but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you give it at least 3 days (and no longer than 7 days) from the delivery confirmation date to contact us. 

  • If it has been 3 days after delivery confirmation (and no longer than 7 days) and you have not received the package, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.
  • If the package has not been marked as "delivered" and is presumed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.
  • If the item is damaged during delivery, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.

How to File a Claim: Email us at support@elevatedcalm.com and include your order number, contact info, a description of the problem and photos/videos which may be needed to complete the claims process. 

Package Protection does not cover shipments where the shipment address was input incorrectly by the customer.
