Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for transit and delivery. Order processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or major US holidays.
US Shipping: Unfortunately, Elevated Calm is unable to ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Transit times range from 2-8 days. You will get an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot provide additional tracking information beyond what is available to you through USPS or UPS.
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please wait up to three days to see if the package arrives. Sometimes the item is scanned on the courier's truck before final delivery. You may also check with your neighbors, around your property or common areas of your complex for the package.
International Shipping: International orders may take up to 21 business days for delivery. Elevated Calm is not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and charges required to release your order from customs upon arrival and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Package Protection: During checkout, we provide you with the option to purchase Package Protection insurance that offers speedy and hassle-free assistance in the event of damage, loss, or theft of your package during transit. By opting for Package Protection at checkout, you can rest assured that if your order is damaged upon arrival or fails to reach you altogether, our team will quickly process your claim and provide you with a replacement order or store credit.
Package Protection Terms and Conditions: If your package has been marked "delivered," but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you give it at least 3 days (and no longer than 7 days) from the delivery confirmation date to contact us.
- If it has been 3 days after delivery confirmation (and no longer than 7 days) and you have not received the package, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.
- If the package has not been marked as "delivered" and is presumed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.
- If the item is damaged during delivery, we will issue a replacement (if available) or provide a store credit for the original purchase price.
How to File a Claim: To file a claim, contact us at hello@elevatedcalm.com with your order number, contact info, a description of the problem, and photos/videos as applicable. We ask for your cooperation as needed for filing insurance claims, which may include videos and photos.
Package Protection does not cover shipments where shipment addresses were input incorrectly by the customer.
If you declined Package Protection at checkout, and your package has been lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
