I said that this year I wanted to do more self-care and stress management. This purchase has been an important 1st step because I sleep better versus last year I struggled with staying asleep. I feel more peaceful as I drift into sleep. If this diffuser had an alarm clock where the lights gently wake you, it would be even better. This has definitely elevated my calm.
